I have provided therapy as a licensed psychotherapist since 2010, and have been working in social work since 2005. My office is currently located in Larchmont, New York, and I provide sessions both in-person in Westchester County and virtually throughout New York and Pennsylvania. I work with individuals age fourteen and above.
I offer free 20-minute phone consultations so that we may decide if Iām the best fit.

I specialize in working with childhood and developmental trauma, relationships, anxiety and post-traumatic stress reactions. I utilize evidence-based, attachment-oriented and relational models of treatment.

Experience/Training
I have been a licensed psychotherapist for 15 years in both New York and Pennsylvania. Having received my Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work from New York University, I have provided therapy and support services in private practice, schools, mental health clinics, and non-profit agencies serving families. I also have experience supervising and training other therapists and graduate-level interns in clinical social work.
